Full Double Goat Moon

Welcome to the last full moon of Summer. Yang rarely goes out without a bang, but what goes up must come down. Even if you have some gas left in the tank, it might only be just enough to get home. Let's not get distracted just because we've caught hold of a second wind.

As for the poetry of the moment, mind your motivations. Allow yourself to challenge the core of your cravings. What have you got to prove? This isn't the time for friction, this is when you should be enjoying your stroll into the sunset. Whether martial or medicinal, the best fights are the ones we avoid. This phase, the winner will be the one that can bite their own tongue.

✧ Final Full Moon of Summer ✧
Clock Out: You're done already. Let's go.
Go Home: Don't get trapped up in tangents.
Settle In: You'll need some energy for this too.
Go to Bed: Let's not borrow life from tomorrow.
Start Again: Mornings begin the night before.

Steady Now

They're these tiny little flaps of black leather that block off the sides of a horses eyes to shield their periferal vision. They're common amongst service horses and calvary. It keeps them focused and it prevents them from getting overly stimulated.    As for the poetry of the moment, take some time to reflect on ...

Full Wood Horse Moon    BOOM! If only we could start this edition off with a sound effect, or better yet, a theme song. This is the peak of Mount Everest - the highest point of the year. We've made it. You can pat yourself on the back. Great job! Now we get to watch the mushroom cloud and steer clear of the fall out.     As for the poetry of the moment, go ahead, take a breather. With the wo...

Waxing Wood Horse Moon   It's Summer Solstice season, the absolute peak of our annual solar cycle - you doing okay? Whether you're Kid Icarus or Tony Montana from Scarface, the story remains the same, "Careful not to fly too high." You'd be better off floating and coasting at a steady cruising altitude for the rest of this phase.    As for the poetry of the moment, don't over extend yourself...
