Full Rabbit Moon

We're traversing some mystic moments at the moment. Can you feel it? We've been raving about this magical moon for a few weeks now, but we're not the only ones. Interestingly enough, over 1⁄4 of the planet's population is fasting right now in celebration of the Ramadan Moon. Even the skys above aligned with a planetary parade and a full lunar eclipse to highlight this epic phase! And let's not forget the Spring Equinox too! This is certainly a special time, and if you're too busy to notice - you just might miss it!

When the veil wears thin and the magic runs thick, it's absolutely critical that we check our perspectives. Are we caught up in the mist of a narrative, blinded by delusions, or can we see things clearly as they are without bias? Humans are meaning making machines. It's almost impossible to witness an instance without putting some skewed version of our own story on it. Then, as with any tale, there are heroes and victims. Which one do you get to be?
Shifu says, "You do it how you view it." Meaning, if you see yourself as a hero, you might feel justified to crush a few eggs to make an omlette; and if you see yourself as the victim, then there's always going to be someone to blame for your troubles. This month, try to remove yourself from the plotline all together and take on the role of an observer. Watch your life play out like a Broadway musical. Aside from any absolutes or non-negotiables, you may be surprised to see how many things in life will resolve just fine without your two cents. This could be the perfect perspective to find some humor in your story - because if you think about it, the only difference between a tragedy and a comedy is the punchline. 🥁

✧ Living in Magic ✧

When you Wake Up: Start each morning with gratitude and praise!
Count the Coincidences:
Realize that life is blooming before your eyes.
Always Add Value: Stop asking for miracles. Maybe the magic is YOU!
Before you Sleep: Reflect on the day. Count your lessons and blessings.
Keep a Dream Journal: Take note of what your subconscious is saying.
Find your Silver Lining: The sooner you smile, the sooner you heal.

The Horse Moon Wanes    Have you ever noticed that some horses wear blinders? They're these tiny little flaps of black leather that block off the sides of a horses eyes to shield their periferal vision. They're common amongst service horses and calvary. It keeps them focused and it prevents them from getting overly stimulated.    As for the poetry of the moment, take some time to reflect on ...

Full Wood Horse Moon    BOOM! If only we could start this edition off with a sound effect, or better yet, a theme song. This is the peak of Mount Everest - the highest point of the year. We've made it. You can pat yourself on the back. Great job! Now we get to watch the mushroom cloud and steer clear of the fall out.     As for the poetry of the moment, go ahead, take a breather. With the wo...

Waxing Wood Horse Moon   It's Summer Solstice season, the absolute peak of our annual solar cycle - you doing okay? Whether you're Kid Icarus or Tony Montana from Scarface, the story remains the same, "Careful not to fly too high." You'd be better off floating and coasting at a steady cruising altitude for the rest of this phase.    As for the poetry of the moment, don't over extend yourself...
