Full Earth Dog Moon

The Yang Earth Dog loves his pack. He can appreciate the natural order of a hierarchy, and he understands that being with a team is the easiest way to get ahead. As they say, "No man is an island," we all need each other to get by - so here in the final phase of Fall - invest in your friends and family.

As for the poetry of the moment, choose your partners. Click, team, tribe, squad, cohort, committee - whatever you call it, just make sure you have a few of your familiars close by before that Winter Yin begins. It's going to be cold, and you'll want to have your cuddle buddies warmed-up and worn-in by the time those Winter winds begin to swell - so start snuggling now.
To make this make sense, take the initiative. Make the first move, be the first to call, write, or text. Don't wait for the fake, obligatory holiday hello's. Be genuine now. Get over the drama, get along, and move on. We all need each other - stop acting like you can do this alone.

✧ Winter's Only Two Weeks Away ✧

Brush it Off: Let the bygones slide
Reach Out: Everyone has a phone these days
Make Amends: Tidy your side. It takes two to tango
Get Involved: See the world from their eyes
Make Space: Be ok if they still say no

Go Fast Alone / Go Far Together

The Daoist Outlook・112
Dog Moon Rises    Dogs are loyal, loving, and kind. They are responsible, dependable, sweet, caring, and compassionate. The only downside to a dog is that they can be a little naive at times - borderline gullible. Dogs are loyal to a fault. They will follow their master to the ends of the earth - even if their master is an idiot.    As for the poetry of the moment, be helpful, but help yours...

Yang Earth Dog Moon     We did it, the bulk of the heat is behind us. If you've been following along this whole time, then you would know we've been working our way home to close out the year in comfort. There's no need to be out and running about. Why not get cozy in front of the fire with a warm cup of cocoa instead?    As for the poetry of the moment, this moon is like a loyal pet dog. Im...

Rooster Moon Wanes    As our spicy Chicken Moon comes to a close, we want to utilize every last bit of her influence to close up shop. We may not get another chance to put all those last minute details in order, so put off anything and everything that can wait and focus on meeting your deadlines! Make use of this last chance energy to wrap up your workload and avoid accruing late fees.     A...
