The Yang Fire Dog Moon

It's the last moon of Autumn, our transition into Winter. This is Yang's last stand before we dip into the pit of Yin. The thing is, Yang rarely goes down without a fight. Think of this like the grand finale before the curtains close - it's the cosmic dog chasing it's tail before crashing out on it's mat to sleep.

As for the poetry of the moment, don't fall for that second wind. Feeling a little perky? Got some extra gas in the tank? Don't waste it away. Be sure to use your juice to wrap things up right. Put a nice bow on the night and then settle down to tuck yourself in tight - the perfect recipe for sweet dreams.
To make this make sense, keep things simple. Dial your day down to the absolute essentials and then knock it out with style. If you maintain a slow, steady rhythm throughout the next few moons, you'll be on pace to bloom by next Spring - this is basically your wind up before your bounce back.

✧ Who's a Good Dog? ✧

Get Excited: A little kibble is like a trip to Disneyland.
Go for Walks:
Schedule some time to appreciate nature.
Wear a Leash:
Set strong boundaries for yourself and others.
Play Fetch: Spend your free time helping out your friends.
Be Obedient: Have someone to hold you accountable.

Waxing Water Snake    There was once a Snake caught in a fire. A brave man saved the Snake by pulling it from the blaze, but in the process, the Snake bit the man and killed him with poison. Perhaps we could fault the Snake, but it's only natural for it to bite. Perhaps we could fault the brave man, but he only wanted to help.     As for the poetry of the moment, be careful! If you want to s...

Yin Water Snake Moon    Wow, Snake moon - the first moon of Summer! We often talk about how a Snake is really just the tail of a Dragon, but Snakes also have a personality of their own. On good days, they're wise, intuitive, attentive, intelligent, and caring. On bad days, however, they could be down right mean, manic, and manipulative - their misconduct is literally biblical. Care for an app...

Dragon Moon Wanes    Careful now, don't let the Dragon fool you. Remember at the beginning of the moon when we told you that the Dragon was really, really big? Well, this is where it shows up - you thought the Dragon was done, but NOPE! We still have another moon to go! You thought that was a Snake moon coming next? Better look again... that's not a snake - that's the Dragon's tail!    As fo...
