The Wood Rooster Moon
Hey readers, who's ready for the Yin Wood Rooster Moon? This puts us at the second lunar phase of Autumn and one moon closer to Winter. Whereas the last Monkey moon was all about containment, now with the Rooster, we want focus and refinement. The big chill is coming - so let's get serious.

As for the poetry of the moment, forget who came first - both the chicken and the egg get eaten in the end. There's no such thing as "getting ahead" within the continuum of our four seasons. Whenever we burn the midnight oil and put the lead out late into the twilight hours, all we're really doing is stealing life from tomorrow. Our best bet - slow down, shape up, and allow ourselves to ease into a rhythm of Yin before the Winter chill sets in.
To make this make sense, stop goofing off. There's no time for monkeying around. If you know any Hens, they're direct, to the point, and unapologetic about it. So make a plan, keep it simple, knock it out, and get home early.
