New Goat Moon
Wow! It's the last moon of Summer. This year is flying by, but don't worry, we're still quite a ways away from Winter. This is especially true for this year as we have a Double Goat leap year. Our last leap year was just a few years back with Rabbit. These things happen every 2-3 years or so. In general, we get about 7 leaps every 19 years, so they happen relatively often.

As for our insights, we've got a Yin Water Goat Moon partnered up with a Yin Wood Snake Year. This is how you break it down. First we have a Goat, which is serious and sure-footed. Then we've got a snake, which only goes forward, but in winding, zig-zag patterns. Next up is the Yin Wood influence which is likened to a baby, whereas the Yin Water is more like an old crone. Not a single one of those elements speaks to speed. Right?
With regard to the poetry of the moment, think of this as your invitation to slow down - way down. Granted, we were going rapid fire just a few weeks ago, but now we want to ease up and recalibrate. The Yang of Summer had us expressing upward and outward. Now, as we transition into the pit of Yin, we want to turn our sights down and in.
⧠Wrapping Up the Season â§

Invest in Friendships: You're going to want your friends this Winter.
Get Complete: Don't let tasks linger. Line em' up & knock em' out.
Stay on your Toes: The rest of the world's still spinning. Don't slip.
