New Yang Fire Rat Moon
And like that, we're nearly halfway through the winter. These dragon years really fly by fast. Can you believe it? The next two moons of rat and ox just so happen to align with fire, meaning we're all geared up for a wild ride that will likely be over just as soon as it begins. If you consider that this winter is already about halfway behind us, perhaps it's not so hard to imagine.

In general, a rat feels right at home amidst the damp, dark, cold of winter. They tend to gather in packs, share their snacks, and make moves as a unit. If you ever see one, that means at least a dozen or so more are crawling in the shadows. They need cuddle buddies to survive - especially this season.
In short, the wisdom here is simple - align with your tribe, just be sure to mind that fire element. Fire feels like a frisky teen, whereas the winter wants you to stay inside and turn the music down. If you can chill out, you'll fair fine, but if you want to rage against the machine, you'll likely burn out, hurt yourself, and get left in a rut only to resent the world for your own stupidity.
